Thank you for your interest in booking an entire shared studio just for you at THE FIZZ Prague!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The price for the whole shared studio booked for single use is lower than 2x price per bed with double occupancy.
• It is strictly forbidden to sublet a second bed in a shared apartment when booking for single use.
• Shared studios can be booked for 12 months only. Please also note that not all the studios are available in all offered booking periods.
• If you want to move out early, you can only do so by finding a new tenant to take over your contract. This is usually not a problem if it happens at the beginning of a new semester.
• To receive a booking confirmation, you must sign an accommodation agreement online. In addition, € 100/ CZK 2 500 (applies for the academic year 24/25) must be paid upfront, within 3 days from the booking moment.
• The first all-in price and a refundable deposit (3x net cold rent = slightly more than 2x all-in price) must be paid together with the 1st monthly all-in price and admission fee.
• The all-in price includes basic rent, flat fee for operating costs, service fee, internet/Wi-Fi and furniture rental. Laundry for an extra charge (CZK 90/washing, CZK 75/drying cycle). When moving out, you need to consider the mandatory final cleaning fee of CZK 3,500/€ 140.
