Get your special apartment + parking space offer 2023/24

thank you for your interest in THE FIZZ Prague promotion for booking a single apartment together with a parking space and take advantage of a special price for both contracts.

If you are interested to receive an official non-binding offer, please fill out the form below, and we will be happy to send you all details. After receiving the offer, you can secure the booking by signing the contracts and proceeding with the payments as instructed in the offers.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The offer is limited to a certain number of apartments and parking spaces. Once the contingent is used, the offer is not valid anymore.
• The type of apartments that participate are Single Small Studios on the middle floor. More details about our apartments can be found here.
• The offer is valid only for 12 months contracts, that start in September or October 2023 (depending on the availability)
• The monthly all-in price for the apartments participating at the promotion is: CZK 16.237,00.
• The special price can be secured only after a contract for a parking space has been also concluded.
• Through this promotion a special price can be secured also for the parking space. The special monthly rent for a parking space will be CZK 2.359,50. 
• If you want to move out earlier or to terminate earlier your parking contract, you can do so by finding a new tenant to take over your contracts.

• To receive a booking confirmation, you must sign an accommodation agreement. In addition, an one-time non-refundable admission fee of CZK 2.000,00  must be paid in advance within 5 days.
• The first all-in price and a refundable deposit (3x net cold rent = slightly more than 2x all-in price) must be credited to our bank account no later than 30 days before the start of your new accommodation agreement.
• When moving out, you need to consider the mandatory final cleaning fee of CZK 3.500,00.
